Director Vikram Bhatt is known to have jumpstarted the Bollywood careers of multiple actors, including Rajneesh Duggal and Adah Sharma, who debuted with Bhatt’s 1920 (2008). The director also gave a boost to the careers of Bipasha Basu and John Abraham, who have become leading names in the industry. Asked if they credit him for it, he says, “I’m still in touch with Bipasha (who he worked with in the 2002 movie Raaz).
