CBFC head slams Padmavati makers for flouting rules
Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) chief PrasoonJoshionSaturdayslammed the makers of “Padmavati” for screening the movie for various TV channels without getting a censor certificate.

Hereiterated that the application for certification for the film sent by the makers was incomplete.
Protestors led by Shri Rajput Karni Sena and members of Rajput community Saturday blocked entry to the Kumbhalgarh Fort in Rajsamand district “for some time” demanding a ban on Padmavati, a day after a similar protest at Chittorgarh Fort.
“The entry was blocked for some time due to the protest and resumed after the protest was over. Security arrangements were made in view of the protest, which ended peacefully,” police said.
