Two of the siblings returned home to inform that their brother had been asked to stay back by one of the workers at the factory. When Arjun did not return, his father informed police, who were unable to trace the missing boy till late at night.

Even the workers at the factory denied seeing the missing boy, police said.

The dead body was spotted by a passersby in the bushes behind the Sugan toast factory, on way to Dholpur. The body was later identified by the deceased family members.

Prima facie it seems that the boy’s body was thrown into the bushes after being strangled, police said.

Police found his throat tied with a rope, police said. A number of workers of the factory have been detained for interrogation, Meena said. “We are interrogating people and hope to nab the culprit soon.”

Bharatpur superintendent of police Anil Kumar Tank said the boy was strangled by his killers when he saw them stealing woods from the factory and threatened them to complaint to the factory owner.

Nearly half a dozen people have been detained for interrogation and the case will solved soon, he said.
