MEERUT: Evil forces still exist... Hindus should buy arms instead of mobile phones to save the society BALRAJ SINGH DUNGAR, Bajrang Dal’s regional coordinator

Regional coordinator of Bajrang Dal Balraj Singh Dungar on Monday said instead of spending money on mobile phones, Hindus should purchase arms to protect their religion, society and property.

Addressing a sant sammelan in Cantonment area in Meerut, Dungar said all Hindu gods and goddesses wielded weapons to protect the society and religion from evil forces.

“Evil forces still exist in the society. Hindus should buy arms instead of mobile phones to save the society,” he said.

Mahamandleshwar of Sankat Mochan Hanuman, Sri Balaji and Sri Shanidham Peeth Mahendra Das said the Hindus should recognise and admire the divine power of Lord Hanuman instead of visiting ‘mazaars’.

“Love jihad is spreading its tentacles. This should be stopped,” he said.

Mahant Sunderdas Maharaj of Nirmohi Akhara said ‘akharas’ played a pivotal role in protecting the Hindu religion.

“Saints are working to protect Hindutva but the younger generation is getting distracted,” he said. President of Brij Mandal Sant Samaj Premdas said Hindus should remain united. Saints from various states of the country participated in the meet.
