‘PEOPLE IN RAJASTHAN SUFFERING UNDER BJP’

-

State Congress president Sachin Pilot on Sunday said that because of anti-people policies of the BJP government, the common man is suffering in the state. He said that BJP has exploited people and insulted the mandate.

Addressing party workers at Mera Booth Mera Gaurav programme in Begu, he said that the BJP had promised to reduce inflation but today it has crossed all limits. Despite a decline in prices of oil in the international market, India is the only country where oil prices are skyrocketing.

“In last four years, the chief minister has neglected the public and did not have time for their problems but as this is an election year, she wants to have dialogue, which people do not want to hear as they have lost faith,” he said.

“Under the BJP government, farmers are in misery and have to protest on the road. Surprisingly, there is no one who can understand their pain – many had committed suicide. The Congress never left people alone in the disappointing four years of BJP (rule) and shared their happiness and sorrow because of which they have shown their faith on us,” he said. Pilot assured Congress workers that BJP will not come to power this year.
