Leader of Opposition Rameshwar Dudi on Sunday demanded complete loan waiver for farmers and issuance of white paper over employment to youth or else the chief minister should resign during the monsoon session of the state assembly. He said in the name of 11 prominent rivers of Rajasthan, the farmers have taken oath to uproot BJP’s misgovernance.

Addressing a gathering ‘farmers awakening’ at his residence in the city, he announced that from September 5, the assembly session is starting – from this date to upcoming elections, oath will be taken at thousands of villages to establish farmers rule and empowerment and uproot BJP. He said that the farmers’ awakening program was held in Civil Lines on Sunday. The chief minister and other ministers need to listen to farmers’ demand and announce complete loan waiver and issue white paper on jobs to youth.

Dudi said the chief minister has breached the promise by not waiving off the loan. While the farmers in Rajasthan are committing suicide, the CM is playing drums of Guarav (pride) Yatra in her palace.

“The need of farmer awakening came up as the farmers are being suppressed. Under Congress flag, the farmers will take oath of their empowerment,” Dudi said.

During the program, he also released a 20-page folder of alleged government failure.
