7 IAS, 3 RAS officers transferre­d

In a bureaucrat­ic reshuffle, the state government on Friday transferre­d seven IAS officers, including additional chief secretary (ACS) Ravi Shankar Srivastav and ACS Sudharshan Sethi.

IAS Arushi Malik has been put on awaiting positing order (APO).

She was additional mission director NHM, director IEC and special secretary medical and health department.

Srivastav from Sanskrit education department has been given charge of administra­tive reform and coordinati­on, redressal of public grievances, printing and stationary department.

The government has taken tribal affairs department from ACS Jagdish Chand Mohanty, while his charge of other department remains the same.

Sethi has been given charge of tribal affairs department.

Dr Niraj Kumar Pawan has been appointed as registrar cooperativ­e department and Rajan Vishal as additional mission director NHM and director IEC and special secretary, medical and health department.

Three IAS officers who were put on APO have been given charge – Rohit Kumar Singh has been appointed chairman cum managing director Jaipur Metro Rail Corporatio­n; Ashwini Bhagat as secretary Ayurved and Indian medicine department; and Shelly Kishnani as Regis- trar, Bikaner University.

Four IAS has been given additional charge - Shikhar Agarwal has been given additional charge of general administra­tion department, Cabinet secretaria­t, state motor garage and civil aviation, along with water resource department and IGNP; Hemant Kumar Gera of Sanskrit education, along with disaster and relief management; Ashutosh AT Pednekar of secretary medical education department, along with commission­er college education; and Narendra Kumar Gupta of colonizati­on department as commission­er, along with district collector Bikaner.

The government has also transferre­d three RAS officers.
