Bhilwara district Congress president Rampal Sharma said Meghwal does not belong to Bhilwara. “People of the constituen­cy want a local leader to contest elections,” Sharma said. “The promised water from the Chambal is yet to reach Shahpura; farmers are not getting electricit­y.
