The actor says it’s heartening that once again people will enjoy the theatrical experience with friends and family

I k it is a very courageous step. yone should be able and watch the film and enjoy he adds. e 32-year-old says it is rather heartening for her to see the film release finally, especially considerin­g the circumstan­ces it was shot in last year in the UK.

“There was a level of paranoia that we all were feeling. For Bellbottom you were travelling out of country , and you would wonder that if you got sick how would you come back or what would have to be done, etc. But I think it was a great shooting experience and all protocols were maintained,” she muses.

The film releases just few days before of her 33rd birthday on August 23 and the actor calls it perfect timing.

“I have no special plans. I don’t take birthdays that seriously. My mother will be in Mumbai so I am going to spend the day with her. I have a few close friends and I will ring in my birthday with them,” she shares.

And as for her birthday wish, apart from Bellbottom ruling the box office, Kapoor has another wish.

“I just want this pandemic to end.

It’s been a while now; we are all done with it mentally, physically and emotionall­y. I hope that normal lives can resume soon,” she ends.
