Cidco starts online payment facility

CBD BELAPUR: In an endeavour to provide easy payment facilities, Cidco has initiated an online facility for the payment of service and water charges.

With this, residents of Navi Mumbai in nodes under Cidco’s jurisdiction can now pay their water and services charges online via an online payment gateway mode, anywhere and at any time.

For making the payments, residents can visit Cidco’s official website www.cidco. maharashtra.gov.in.

“In the past, Cidco has undertaken many initiatives towards citizen-centric administration. The facility shall further enhance our goal towards administration friendly services,” said senior public relations officer, Cidco, Mohan Ninawe.

“The corporation has started accepting the online payment of water and service charges of tenements, plots and shops,” he added.

“With the initiation of this facility, citizens can make payments online and avoid long queues. Citizens can also make payments of their home EMIs towards HUDCO. The HUDCO loan payment/EMI option can be found on the website,” said Ninawe.

The portal provides the facility of making complete or part and excess payments. Citizens can also locate and download their payment history.

The ‘MyCIDCO’ app, which can be downloaded from the Google playstore for free, also provides this facility. Apart from services like legal information, social facility plots, grievances and complaints and tender notices, payment options have also been added to the app.

“Cidco appeals to the residents to make maximum use of this facility and help the agency in our transparency and citizen-centric mission,” said Ninawe.
