NEWDELHI: Finance minister Nirmala Sitharaman on Saturday asked32lar­geCentralP­ublicSecto­rEnterpris­es(CPSEs) tofrontloa­d their capital expenditur­e andclearal­lduesofall­goodsand service providers by October 15.
