Biker killed, wife injured in hit-and-run case

KOLHAPUR: Maruti Patil, 40, was killed on the spot and his wife Ashwini, 35, was seriously wounded when their bike was hit by a truck near the KAGAL-MIDC Road on Saturday. The truck driver fled after the accident, said the police.
