Two men who left with explosives bag identified

NEW YORK: The two men who walked off with the bag that contained an explosive planted by the New York bomber have been identified as Egyptian tourists, investigators said. They placed the explosive on the sidewalk and walked off with the bag. A law enforcement official said the two men have since returned home to Egypt.
