WHO WAS HASNAIN WAREKAR?

Hasnain Warekar, who allegedly killed 14 members of his family, was an accountant. He had earlier worked in a private firm in Navi Mumbai. He was unemployed when the incident took place. He was the Head Boy at Anjuman Khairul Islam Urdu High School in Thane from Class 7 to 10

The Warekars are from Kasarvadawli village. Hasnain grew up with his siblings.

Hasnain was religious and prayed five times a day. The police said that the family was financially sound.
