A MASTERS IN INFORMATION MANAGEMENT
The University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, has opened up applications for a one-year MSC in information management, starting in September.
The core subjects include business systems analysis, data analytics, strategy and architecture and information law.
The fees for the course are around Rs 15 lakh (£17,200) for 2018-2019. Scholarships up to £3500 are available to meritorious students, for which the deadline is September 17. Vivekanand Education Society inaugurates architectural college
Mumbai-based educational institution, Vivekanand Education Society (VES), has launched the college of architecture. It will offer the five-year undergraduate course, Bachelor in Architecture from this year.
The course is designed according to the curriculum by the University of Mumbai and includes topics like architectural design, building materials and construction, and environmental studies. The course fees are Rs 95,000 per year. Go to www.ves.ac.in for details.
COEP signs MOU with Credit Suisse to offer fourcredit elective
Financial services company Credit Suisse and College of Engineering, Pune (COEP), have signed a memorandum of understanding, under which they will offer a four-credit elective course, financial technology, over one term starting this academic year. The elective will include theory and lab work in topics like banking, macro economics, derivatives. trade management and equity. The lectures will be delivered by senior staff from Credit Suisse’s technology team in India.
