2-year-old’s organs give four patients new lease of life

MUMBAI: Four patients suffering from end-stage organ failure got a new lease of life after the family of a two-year-old boy on Sunday donated his heart, kidneys, liver and eyes. The child, Yuvan Prabhu, was admitted to Bombay Hospital, and died while undergoing treatment for a congenital neurological disorder.
