SCHOLARSHIPS AT THE UNIVERSITY OF SOUTHAMPTON
The University of Southampton, UK, in collaboration with the UK Department for International Development (DFID), has announced three Commonwealth Shared Scholarships for the session starting September 2019. These scholarships are available exclusively to permanent residents of Commonwealth countries, including India, who want to pursue select Masters programmes at the University. The scholarship aims to support talented students from these countries, who would not otherwise be able to study a Masters programme in the UK.
The scholarships cover full-tuitions fees, approved airfare from their home country to the UK and return at the end of the programme, a monthly stipend for living allowance and a study travel grant towards the costs of study-related travel within the UK or oversea,s as well as baggage allowance, up to an annual approved limit.
In order to be eligible for the scholarship, the applicant should hold a first degree of at least upper second class standard or a second class degree and a relevant postgraduate qualification (usually a Master’s degree). The last date to apply for the scholarships is 14 th March 2019.

Apply for partial scholarships in global management
Strathclyde Business School, Glasgow, is offering up to four partial, merit-based tuition scholarships for applicants with first class degrees (or overseas equivalent of a UK First Class degree).
Two awards of Rs 6,85,595 are available for a non-eu candidate and two awards of Rs 5,24, 279 are for an EU candidate. The closing date for consideration of the scholarships is 14 July, 2019.
