‘DO NOT FILE CHARGE SHEET AGAINST AWHAD’

MUMBAI: The Bombay high court has instructed the police not to file the charge sheet in the case registered by a civil engineer from Thane till the next hearing on July 9. The civil engineer had claimed that he was kidnapped and taken to the bungalow of NCP leader Jitendra Awhad.
