Quartararo dominates again to win crash-filled Andalucia Motogp
JEREZDELAFRONTERA,SPAIN:FRENCHMAN Fabio Quartararo won for the second straight week at Jerez on Sunday as he dominated the Andalucia Motogp while bikes crashed and broke down behind him in searing heat where only 13 of the 21 starters finished .
Quartararo, on a satellite Yamaha, was followed home by Spaniard Maverick Vinales and Italian veteran Valentino Rossi, both on Yamaha factory bikes.

HALEP WITHDRAWS FROM PALERMO OPEN
Palermo:second-ranked Simona Halep withdrew from the Palermo Ladies Open on Sunday following a quarantine ordinance issued by Italy’s health ministry.
“Given the recent rise in Covid19 cases in Romania and my anxieties around international air travel at this time, I have made the tough decision to withdraw
from Palermo,” Halep tweeted.
WESTWOOD TO SKIP PGA CHAMPIONSHIP
LOS ANGELES: Former World No. 1 Lee Westwood said that concerns about Covid-19 in the US will prevent him from participating in tournaments, including the PGA Championship next month.
“I don’t feel like it’s right to jump on a plane for 12 hours,” the Englishman said after the final round of the British Masters.
CLIPPERS’ WILLIAMS IN 10-DAY QUARANTINE
ORLANDO: Los Angeles Clippers guard Lou Williams must complete a 10-day quarantine and will miss the first two games of the restarted season next week, the NBA announced on Sunday.
Williams reportedly visited a gentleman’s club on Thursday night in Atlanta while he was away from the NBA bubble in Orlando on an excused absence.
