Sriracha (Shree-ra-cha)

he sauce gets its name from its place of origin, Si Racha, Thailand. This chilli sauce is a paste of chilli peppers, distilled vinegar, garlic, sugar and salt. It is served with seafood, noodles, spring rolls, eggs and burgers.
