Roshan (above right) has weaved magic with his tunes for the film, with songs like the melodious ‘Kaabil hoon’, the energetic ‘Haseeno ka deewana’, the soulful ‘Kuch kin’, the upbeat tango number ‘Mon amour’, and the recently released ‘Kisi se pyar ho jaye’. To lend a feel of continuity to the music, most of the songs have one singer singing for Hrithik Roshan, which is rare in Bollywood films.
“Each song from the Kaabil album retains its soul and essence owing to the tunes and moving voice of Jubin Nautiyal. He understands my music language very well and that is reflected in the album. I am always trying to learn about what is working and what the trends are. For me, action is hard but a subject as soft and loving as Kaabil is easy,” says Rajesh.
It’s no surprise that when the Roshan brothers come together for a project, they always deliver and own the audience’s hearts. With more than 100 million views on social media between the songs and trailers, Kaabil has carved a niche for itself as the most promising film of 2017.
