Fit as a fiddle
Ever since she joined Instagram, Katrina Kaif ’s regular posts have been big favourites with her fans. Besides posting her photo shoots, the actor regularly puts up updates about her workouts, and sometimes even makes videos. And that has clearly not gone unnoticed, as according to a source, a few health and fitness brands are keen to sign Katrina as their brand ambassador.
The source says, “Katrina has been giving fans major fitness goals ever since she made her debut on social media. And now, she is in talks with a few brands in that space. The details of those deals are unknown at this point, as the paperwork is yet to be finalised.” Katrina was also recently signed by a paint manufacturer and has just shot big-budget campaigns with a couple of fashion brands too.
Advertising experts feel that since Katrina has several big films in her kitty, especially projects involving the Khans (Aanand L Rai’s next with Shah Rukh, Tiger Zinda Hai with Salman, and Thugs of Hindostan with Aamir), brands have a big reason to bring her on board. “With such potential blockbusters, they are confident about her star value and that she is going to be in the reckoning in the near future too in a big way,” says an advertising expert.
