ational Award-winning actor Irrfan Khan and All India Bakchod (AIB) are all set to come collaborate for the third time. After the popular track ‘Bollywood party song’ and Dank Irrfan — a series of memes, now, they are teaming up for a political satire. In an exclusive to HT Café, Irrfan reveals that the new project is a 10-part series called The Ministry, which is written by AIB and will be directed by Gursimran Khamba of AIB.

The show will be a political satire, and the team will start shooting early next year. The political satire genre has seen very few mainstream efforts in India, and this is an attempt to combine humour with political commentary.

An insider says, “The series will be streamed online and promoted intentionally too. Irrfan is thrilled to be part of a project .
