A musical love story with a twist
Anurag Kashyap’s Manmarziyaan brings together powerhouse performers — Abhishek Bachchan, Taapsee Pannu and Vicky Kaushal together. Kashyap seems to have puts his signature spin on a love story as the trailer of the film went on generate interesting feedback. The film also received rave reviews at the 43rd Toronto International Film Festival as it was screened there.
A source from the production reveals, “In a unique promotional strategy, 10 songs from the album were released back to back within 10 days. For the Manmarziyaan concert tours, the cast along with director Anurag, music composer Amit Trivedi and his band along with 20 musicians travelled across metro cities in the country, treating audiences to a live musical experience.”

Manmarziyaan is presented by Eros International and Aanand L Rai and produced by Phantom Films. This Colour Yellow Production releases nationwide on September 14.
