Arjun and Parineeti return with their enchanting chemistry

-

Vipul Amrutlal Shah’s Namaste England brings back the much-loved pair of actors Arjun Kapoor and Parineeti Chopra after their first film together, Ishaqzaade (2012). The chemistry between them is already sizzling in the movie trailer, songs and even during movie promotions.

The film is the love story of Arjun’s character Param, a Punjabi munda happy with his village life, and his wife Jasmeet, played by Parineeti, a free-spirited character who often complains about the lack of freedom for women.

While the duo is winning hearts with their off-screen equation, the same has been replicated on the big screen.

Talking about their chemistry, director Vipul Amrutlal Shah shares, “Getting Arjun and Parineeti together after Ishaqzaade is a bonus. Their chemistry has been well established on the big screen — they look fantastic together. The fun camaraderie that the two share is evident on the big screen. I call them Tom and Jerry — both are constantly pulling each other’s leg, but at the same time, have immense respect for each other. I’ve really enjoyed working with both of them.”

Namaste England tracks Param and Jasmeet’s romantic tale across the landscapes of India and Europe. A quintessential fun Bollywood film, it has been shot across 100 locations, starting from Amritsar, Ludhiana, and moving to Dhaka, Brussels, and London.

Produced and directed by Vipul Amrutlal Shah, Namaste England, which is presented by Jayantilal Gada (Pen) and Reliance Entertainment in association with Blockbuster Movie Entertainers, releases today.
