Which is the one breakfast food that you must have?
For breakfast, eggs and fruits are a must for me, I tend to over eat them.
One fattening food item that you just can’t resist?
I can’t resist pasta in any form. I just love it.
How do you get back in shape post a fattening indulgence?
I balance it out with a proper diet and workout. For me, it is 80% diet and 20% workout. I ensure that these two go hand in hand. Workouts help me de-stress.
Do you prefer mini meals? What do they normally contain?
Yes, I do, and it contains proteins and fibres. It also depends on what type of body I am trying to achieve — muscular, lean, or just maintaining my current physique.
A diet plan that always works for you?
Heavy breakfast, lunch, and fasting after sunset. I try and eat everything by 7pm and post that, if at all, I am hungry, then I have a cup of tea with a whole wheat toastie.
Do you work out at home? What are the exercises you follow?
I do core workouts such as planks, hanging crunches, chin-ups and free squats. I also like to swim, play beach volleyball and go on hikes and treks. I walk a lot, and now because the winters are coming, I will be going out for regular runs as well.
