Krystle D’souza turns a year older today. The actor admits that she simply loves birthdays. She says, “I love the hype and attention around birthdays!” Every year, Krystle plans a low-key birthday celebration with her close friends. “I’m planning to bring in my birthday with close friends — Ekta Kapoor, Anushka Ranjan, Aditya Seal, and Anita Hassanandani, who are like family. I have no big party or plans. I want to keep it basic by celebrating somewhere close to home and convenient to all. I usually travel around my birthday but this time, I want to be in the city,” she reveals.

Krystle has starred in many TV shows including, Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai, Ekk Nayi Pehchaan, Brahmarakshas and Belan Wali Bahu. Last year, she got a positive response for her web show, Fittrat and is currently working on her Bollywood film debut with Chehre, costarring Emraan Hashmi and Amitabh Bachchan.

The 30-yyear-old admits that around her birthda she reflects on the year go by. “Of cours age is just a number. You are as old as you behave or should I say as young as you believe! (laughs). Honestly, 2019 has been my best year so far. My web show, Fittrat, did well and I shot my first film as well, that too with none other than Big B! What more could I ask for in one year. I made amazing new friends and built a stronger bond with the older ones. Now, it’s time to bring them all together and celebrate the fantastic year that it’s been,” she says, adding, “Every year, on my birthday, I donate food, clothes, sweets and books to an orphanage near my house. I love to see the joy on the faces of the kids, so that’s one thing I am never going to change and will continue this year as well.”

Talking about her past birthdays, Krystle says she has never had a birthday bash. “I used to always take a leave for a holiday around my birthday. But, last year, I started a new tradition of just having my few close friends to bring in my birthday and I think that was the best birthday ever. And that’s why I am repeating it this year as well with the same bunch,, ith one or more ons,” she

off.

’t . Most w how to o and I also tryr too do thatthat. I’m no different,” she says.

Calling herself a more fun and comic person, Aahana points out that she hasn’t got any role where she could showcase her funny avatar. “My father usually jokes about saying you should do comedy roles and laugh it out by saying, ‘Haa, Housefull 5 toh main hee karungi’ (laughs). He wants me to do one comedy film and I will do it for my father,” Aahana shares.
