A quirky ‘factory’ for all the food lovers

Look no further, the Factory Bistro & Bar, the newly opened upbeat cafélounge in Rajouri Garden, unlocked its doors for party revellers and food lovers in the city. Inspired by the vigour of a constantly operational factory, this café-lounge is owned and conceptualised by restaurateurs, Udit Bagga and Udit Bhasin.
“Through Factory, we strive to offer our guests lip-smacking food, innovative drinks and foot tapping music in an energetic factory. It’s a setup to enjoy in the company of friends and family,” says Udit Bagga, co-owner, Factory- Bistro & Bar.
The place is spread across a sprawling 6000 square feet of area and has two floors. While the first floor has a Video DJ playing all types of music, the second floor is home to leather upholstery on cast iron chairs, an outdoor seating area which is an open-air terrace equipped with chic furniture and mist fans. It also offers striking views of the city.
