Sachiin Joshi launches digital media platform

With everyone gradually adopting new media outlets (mobile, web, etc.), Sachiin Joshi, actor-entrepreneur, is ready to launch his digital media platform. With the right mix of content and team, Sachiin’s digital platform is set to showcase the best of movie and celebrity news, and updates on the hottest places and happenings. With Bollywood in focus, it will also cater to fashion, lifestyle, travel content.

After having acquired stakes in international franchises among various hotels (Planet Hollywood Beach Resort, Goa), clubs (Playboy India), FMCG (Goa Kings Beer, also available in UK, XXX Energy Drink, Dubai’s Tryp hotels), gyms (Viikings Trance), movie production (Jazbaa; 2015, Veerappan, etc.), this was a natural progression for the entrepreneur.

Says Sachiin, “The first name I signed up as part of my team is journalist Omar Qureshi, as my chief creative officer. His name and achievements speak for themselves. Then, we built the rest of the team, and focused on what content worked digitally. Now the time is right to launch my media platform. I promise it will shake the world of media and films.”

He isn’t willing to reveal the name of the platform yet. “I will reveal the first of my platforms, in a grand launch. Let me just say that you will need Aladdin’s magic lamp to get that answer. The launch of the second platform will be even bigger and better, and will happen right after the first. This is the year for some very unique content.”
