The idea of the place is inspired by the song, Would You Go To Bed With Me? by Touch and Go that drove Prateek Nagpal, the managing director of BED and Shitij Malhotra, partner to start an extravagant place for the haute monde of the city.
The genre-defying decor of the café, designed by architect Abhigyan Neogi, speaks of modern culture. Talking about it, Prateek, says, “The functional diversity and the aesthetics of this space with a vibrant colour scheme is what the generation looks forward to, when socialising. Also, this place offers the best of meals in a cozy environment and great music for you to spend your weekend with friends and family.”
BED not only offers an extraordinary ambience but also gratifies the palate. “We offer a global cuisine, be it European or pan-Asian. Some of our signature dishes are Prawn Ceviche Salad, Salmon Tarter, Bacon Wrapped Chicken, Lamb Shoulder, Phyllo Cup and the cocktails are White Pearl, Between the Bed, Jalepeno Margarita,” adds Shitij.
