This event in the Capital aimed at bringing attention to the topic of menstrual hygiene. Organised on Monday by the NGO Sacchi Saheli, the National Menstrual Hygiene Conclave 2017 also highlighted the role of men in promoting it. The event was a build-up to World Menstrual Hygiene Day that falls on May 28. Manish Sisodia, deputy chief minister of Delhi, also spoke about the issue of making sanitary napkins tax-free.
