Hollywood actor Gwenyth Paltrow (right) says that she is a fitness freak and she feels she is in her best zone when working out. The 44-year-old actor says that she has made exercising a habit, rather than a chore, said Women's Health Australia.

“I like feeling good, and I know I feel my best when I exercise. But it depends on the day — I definitely don’t always feel like doing it. I’ve made it a habit, just like brushing your teeth. That’s how you have to look at it,” says Paltrow.

The Iron Man actor says that her fitness regime has helped her deal with back pain. “I drop the kids at school, work out, go to work. I've been supplementing it (the workout) a bit with lifting heavier weights lately, to deal with some lower back pain issues. You can't bottle a great workout,” Paltrow adds. The actor will be on the July cover of Women’s Health Australia.

Pop star couple Beyoncé (left) and Jay Z want their daughter Blue Ivy (inset) to watch the singer give birth. The 35-year-old pop icon and her rapper husband are expecting twins pretty soon.

According to a report in Daily Star, the pair want their five-year-old daughter to be in the room to witness the family moment.

“They’re worried that their daughter might feel left out when the twins arrive, so they’re trying to make sure she feels involved every step of the way,” a source said.

The publication reports the couple have even splashed out on a child’s nurse’s uniform for Blue Ivy which is believed to be worth $1,015 (`65325 approx).
