I now know what makes Vikram one of the best in his field: Tamannaah Bhatia
Actor Tamannaah Bhatia always wanted to collaborate with National Award-winning Tamil star Vikram. The opportunity came with the film, Sketch, and Tamannaah is all praise for her co-star in Vijay Chander’s action thriller, saying that he’s an inspiration to work with.
“Vikram is an actor who has been around for long. His knowledge and talent can be well understood through his body of work. Yet every time he works on a new project he is still meticulous about it and is a thorough professional. Be whatever the weather condition, he always reported [on the sets] on time for the shoot. He is very hardworking, disciplined and his energy was addictive. Now I know what makes him one of the best in his field,” says Tamannaah.
Next up, the actor is excited about starring in the Telugu version of Vikas Bahl’s Bollywood film, Queen (2013). She is aware that given the success of the Hindi film, a lot is expected out of her in terms of performance.
“I know about the huge responsibility that I have on my shoulders and I want to do justice to it. I’ve watched the film quite a few times. Along with powerful performances, the story was also something I connected with because it’s about real people and I found it inspirational. While working on the remake I want to make sure that I give it a fresh look keeping the essence intact,” says Tamannah, who is busy with a few other Tamil and Telugu projects.
