Recently diagnosed with dengue, actor Ali Fazal continues shooting to fulfil his commitments
Actor Ali Fazal was recently diagnosed with dengue. However, like a true professional, the actor decided to not let this stop him from fulfilling his work commitment, and continued to work as per the schedule.
The 31-year-old, who was last seen on the silver screen in the film Victoria And Abdul, is currently working on a web series. When contacted, Ali confirmed by saying, “Yes, I wasn’t keeping well, but I didn’t want my health to compromise my work.”
“Ali made sure that he took proper medication, rest, and diet when needed, as he did not want to miss the opportunity to attend the two major Hollywood events — the Governor’s Awards and Deadline Contenders,” a source close to the actor says.
Ali, who has been part of films such as 3 Idiots (2009) and Fukrey (2013), was also taken care of by the makers of the web series.
“He made sure he took care of himself and the makers were kind enough to help him with all resources on set. Also, he didn’t want the makers to push the shoot because of his illness,” says the source.
