It was an evening to remember when Rajesh Mohan hosted a grand party to launch his new high-end restaurant, Gray.
The event was attended by the Capital’s glitterati to celebrate the opening of this eatery, which is touted as a destination restaurant promising to redefine the eating-out culture of the city.
Situated at Greater Kailash, Gray promises to elevate the levels of gastronomic delight. Beaming with happiness, Mohan says, “Gray seeks to offer a unique set of concoctions and food trends that are a class apart, but at the same time is an amalgam of signature dishes from across the globe. It’s the place, which brings in Delhi, food innovations and classics from varied nations. It is an uber chic place with great interiors and amazing service for urban gourmands.”
The launch event was attended by Dharna Hassija, Deepika Krishna, Shalini Vig, Sonali Bhasin, Musskan Agarwaal and many more.
The founder of the restaurant says that the menu is fit for every individual, focussed to suit their requirements. “It is a place of its own kind, focused to provide you with the exclusivity that one would want to come back to. We have tried our best to create dishes which are authentic, delicious and unique in presentation. The focus is on using good quality ingredients, welldesigned recipes and neat presentation to come up with dishes that are flavourful and tasty,” he adds.
The food menu is accompanied by an equally well-designed beverage menu consisting of alcoholic and non-alcoholic specialties.
