Nora Fatehi wants to build her own brand
Actor-dancer Nora Fatehi recently made her Bollywood debut as a lead actor in the film My Birthday Song. The Moroccan-Canadian artist asserts that her focus ow is only on getting the best ontent in films and the bigger he role, the better it is for her rowth.
“I’m focusing on doing good nd commercially viable work hat will build my individual brand as an artist, entertainer n this country,” says Nora, who has also been part of films down South and Indian TV shows and films.
However, she is clear that she’s not going to be choosy. “When any good role comes my way, I would obviously be more than happy to take it up. But I’m definitely not going to be sitting at home waiting for that. I’ve got a lot of skills as an artist, and I don’t want to restrict and waste them by only focusing on one thing,” says Nora.
The 26-year-old, who has been part of shows such as Bigg Boss, Comedy Nights Bachao and Jhalak Dikhhla Ja, is not going to ditch TV for films. “I’m keen on doing exciting work whether that’s on television, web platforms or films. It’s not true that I would not work on TV anymore.”
Considering the reach of web series nowadays, Nora also has her eyes set on the digital space. “Going forward, I would hope for more great web content and some entertaining stuff whether it’s a music video or web series,” she signs off.
