Sonakshi is a chilled out person: Diana
Actor Diana Penty is working with Sonakshi Sinha for the first time in the sequel of Happy Bhag Jayegi (2016). Diana, who is reprising her role as Happy, is all praises for her co-actor.
“Sonakshi is a chilled out person. We have met a couple of times before we started working on the film and she came across as a very understanding and supporting individual. She is fun to work with,” says Diana, who debuted as the demure Meera in Cocktail (2012).
Currently shooting for Mudassar Aziz’s Happy Bhag Jayegi Returns, Diana says that when she started working on the film, it felt like she was getting back with her family.
“The very thought of reuniting with the cast and crew felt wonderful. I felt like I am reuniting with my family. It’s a wonderful team, and people understand each other,” says the actor.
Ask her what we can expect from Happy this time and Diana says that she can’t divulge much right now.
“The film is going to be a laugh riot. I loved the script. Happy will definitely surprise you again,” says the actor, who will next play an army officer in Parmanu: The Story of Pokhran, which also stars John Abraham.
“I have done a little bit of action for Parmanu. It is something that I tried for the first time in my career and I am now looking forward to the response from the audience,” she adds.
