Music buffs were in for a surprise when singercomposer, Yo Yo Honey Singh made a comeback of sorts, treating his fans with two songs — Dil Chori and Chhote Chhote Peg. Both the songs — from Luv Ranjan’s movie, Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety that released last week — have been ruling the charts and creating a lot of buzz among the audience.

What’s interesting to note is that both the tracks are recreated versions of iconic Punjabi songs, and Yo Yo has added his personal touch using techno music to make them gripping.

Director Luv Ranjan says, “I am so glad that Honey Singh made a comeback with my film. Both the songs are being loved, and I hear them being played wherever I go.”

Yo Yo, who is known for being experimental with lyrics, this time around, has played with tunes, too. While the film starring Kartik Aaryan, Nushrat Bharucha, and Sunny Singh is already getting a good response, the music is an add-on.

“It won’t be wrong to say that both these recreated songs have added to the buzz of the film. The rock star has come back with a bang!” adds Ranjan.

In the music circuit, Yo Yo has been ruling the charts with songs such as Chaar Bottle Vodka, Blue Eyes, Angreji Beat, among others. Even his single Dheere Dheere, starring actors Sonam Kapoor and Hrithik Roshan, broke records with over 200 million views.
