The newly-launched Kiara – Soul Kitchen — an allvegetar­ian and vegan restaurant has quirky dishes for the fasting season, such as makhane ki kheer with fresh fruits, barnyard millet, and sugarcane pudding, along with sabudana vada with pan-fried sweet potatoes, and coriander and tomato chutney.
