For cool summertime drinks and delicacies
To help you beat the heat this summer season, Nukkadwala (of the Vatika Group), one of the fastest-growing Indian fast food restaurants — with 10 outlets already running in Delhi-NCR — launched their new Nukkad Fresh Summer Menu, with 11 lip-smacking dishes and drinks that are inspired from the various parts and climes of the country.
For those into light-eating during summertime, the menu has soft, fluffy idlis and crunchy vadas served with sambhar and coconut chutney. And to satiate your street food pangs, you can try the spicy, tangy, and nutritious moong sprout chaat.
Non-vegetarians can indulge in spicy, melt-in-themouth Lucknowi shammi kebabs. And guess what — you can also savour this famous Mughlai delicacy in the form of a burger, with a signature Nukkadwala twist.
For some relief from the scorching heat and to stay cool, try their refreshing drinks, such as the citrusy Shambhu Shikanji, or the sweet-sour tang of mixed berries, in the Lovely Shikanji. You can also relish the creamy and authentic Punjabi Shahi Lassi, or drown into the heavenly Mango Saffron Lassi, or Nukkadwala’s cold Badam Milk, delicately flavoured with cardamom and nuts.
For a sweet ending, give their version of the North Indian dessert, kulfi, a try. The menu also has badam kulfi that consists of rich flavours, and their innovative fruit cream kulfi.
Nitika Kapur, CEO, Nukkadwala, says, “As a brand, we are constantly focusing on the customer’s food and beverage preferences.”
“Our aim is to maintain the quality and authenticity of all the regional flavours in our menu,” she adds.
