When health conscious Supriya Chopra, founder, The Salad Story thought of opening a venture there was just one thing on her mind; she wanted to open a place that connects like-minded salad enthusiasts. Her idea was simple — make fresh and tasty salads from ingredients that are responsibly sourced. Ask her about the USP of the place, and she boasts of well -balanced portions, a variety of in-house dressings and discouraging too much gluten intake. The Salad Story is all about eating well, not just salads, but wellbalanced food. “In our salads, we use lean chicken, our meats are grilled or roasted, and we as a brand are averse to the idea of using preservatives, MSG, white sugar, etc.” said, Supriya.

She added, “Every ingredient takes less than 72 hours from Earth to bowl. This is our big picture – that knowing where your food comes from is a fundamental right, such that living healthily and consciously becomes a natural choice. We work actively with food partners who share a commitment to responsible produce, and the utmost freshness and quality. Whether you are vegan, vegetarian, follow a glutenfree diet, lactose intolerant or just someone who is into making smarter, healthier meal choices, The Salad Story has something for everyone.
