With Pav Bhajis served in cones, Decode brings a number of lavish, finger-licking food from the streets of Delhi. In quinoa bhel, the basic chowpati bhel is twisted into a healthier quinoa by adding Indian dressing whereas in Thai style chicken tikka, the satay chicken is converted into tikka and is served with peanut butter sauce. The rajma chawal new way and matar kulcha pate are authentic North Indian dishes served in an international manner. The former is made with rajma, chawal, and pickle and is turned into a croquette which turns the main dish into a finger food. And the latter is transformed into a French classic pate which is served with chilli maska kulcha.
The restaurant serves also authentic south Indian dishes with a modern global flair. In idli my way, mini idli sponges are served with rasam shots with coconut chutney foam. “We are all set to expand our menu. Some of the upcoming dishes that guests can look forward to are, chapti seekh served with saffron paratha, Decode style raan, veg patty pizza, cicken lucy juicy seekh and Egyptian chicken kebab,” mentions Piyush Jain, chef and owner.
