EGG FRITTERS

Ingredient­s

For the batter: 40gm gram flour, 20gm rice flour, 25gm corn flour, 5gm chilli powder, 10gm chopped coriander, 2gm chopped ginger, 150ml water, 4 eggs, 20gm tomatoes, 25gm onions, 5gm chilli, 3gm salt, 15ml refined oil

Method

Prepare the batter by mixing the ingredient­s mentioned for the batter Break four eggs in a bowl, add tomato, onion, chilli, salt, coriander, and mix Pour this egg mix in an aluminium mould and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and let it cool De-mould the egg and cut into desired shape. Dust with flour, dip into batter and deep fry. Serve hot with ketchup or chutney

You can make egg fritters using boiled eggs as well. Dip in batter, and fry till crispy on the outside
