“Even though most of the food that we serve here are authentic Japanese dishes but the vibe of the place vis-à-vis its ambience is quite modern and casual. On the food front, we have done a great deal of experimentation with our desserts by adding matcha powder [powdered green tea] and using adzuki beans while preparing them,” says chef Nakajima.
