It’s four in a row soon for Shraddha
Shraddha Kapoor is set to reap the fruit of all her hard work. The actor has four movies due for release in the next 12 months, namely Batti Gul Meter Chalu (BGMC), Stree, Saaho, and Saina.
This is a first for the actor. “I’m really excited for all the films that are in the pipeline. They are all very different from each other and the working process on each one of them has been exciting,” says Shraddha.
As for the prep, a source says, “She began working on Saaho last August, and in the interim, also wrapped up Batti Gul Meter Chalu, and Stree. She was juggling the schedules of BGMC (with Shahid Kapoor) and Stree (with Rajkummar Rao) in Tehri and Chanderi. Next, she’ll shoot for Saina. For her prep, Shraddha even maintained a written record of all her characters.”
The roles she’s portraying are diverse. The source adds, “She plays a small-town girl in BGMC and Stree, and a very different character in Saaho. Also, Stree is one of the first horror comedies in Bollywood. Then, she is playing the role of ace shuttler Saina Nehwal. ”
