BACKSTREET BOY IS UNDER RAPE PROBE

American singer Nick Carter, the 38-year-old member of the music band Backstreet Boys, is currently being investigated by the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office, in connection with charges of sexual assault against him. The accuser is American singer Melissa Schuman of the band Dream. This February, Schuman had filed a police report, accusing Carter of raping her in 2003. The Santa Monica Police Department brought the case forward this week. ANI
