SPAGHETTI WITH CHICKEN SALAMI, OLIVES AND PEPPER

Ingredient­s: 100gm spaghetti, 20gm olives (optional), 2gm chilli flakes, 50gm chicken salami, 25gm chopped onion, 10gm chopped garlic, 2gm pepper, 10ml olive oil, 5gm parsley, 5gm basil, 20gm Parmesan, salt to taste

Method:

Boil the spaghetti in water. Drain and put some olive oil, keep aside.

In a pan, add olive oil, sauté chopped onion and garlic. Add chilli flakes and add some basil leaves. Then, add the sliced chicken salami slices, olives (optional), vegetable stock and season with salt and pepper. Add the spaghetti, toss well and finish with lots of chopped parsley and Parmesan. Serve hot.
