A ROYAL TRIBUTE...
Actor Sonam K Ahuja was in the Capital recently to walk the ramp for leading jewellers Birdhichand Ghanshyamdas, as the brand unveiled its new collection, Delhi Durbar. Yash Agarwal, creative director and design head, Birdhichand Ghanshyamdas, was also at the event.
It was an evening high on fashion, jewels and opulence, as Birdhichand Ghanshyamdas celebrated their presence in the Capital with a do that witnessed the city’s crème da le crème including cricketer Murali Kartik, fashion entrepreneur, Anand S Ahuja along with
his mother, Priya Ahuja.
The evening began with a performance by Rajasthani Sufi musician Kutle Khan, followed by a fashion show wherein the models were seen wearing exquisite jewels from the jeweller’s Delhi Durbar collection that paid tribute to the royal gems of India.
The night concluded with exotic cocktails and a sumptous sit-down dinner, along with melodious musical performances by the Sitaara Band.
