Chef Augusto Cabrera, the master of modern sushi in India. With his innovative culinary precision, he blends flavours from around the globe with the finest Japanese techniques and boasts of using premium quality, fresh ingredient­s imported straight from Japan. Talking about the extensive menu, he elaborates, “We have a great selection of Sushi for vegetarian and nonvegetar­ians. Nowadays, people want healthy food, and that is precisely why I created avacado and almond roll. We also serve sushi with beetroot rice or black rice.”

The menu also encompasse­s favourites such as Okonomiyak­i, Sushi Pizza, a selection of crisp tempuras, Hawaiian Poke bowls and much more. Of course, old favourites Ceviche, modern Sashimi and a number of other options like healthy salads, chef-curated flatbreads, teppenyaki continue to be more than just an Instagram-worthy dishes. Also, their heady concoction­s and music ensure the perfect vibe.
