It is often said that nature gives you the face you have at 20, it is up to you to merit the face you have at 50. To get a healthy glowing skin one has to invest time, effort and shield it from the harmful effects of pollution and sun. Pollution and sun’s UV rays create free radicals, which are highly-charged oxygen molecules that can damage your skin’s DNA, lead to dry skin and the build-up of dead skin cells.

So, to get a healthy glowing skin, the first and foremost step is prevention! This can be done by following a regular skin care regime at home like cleansing your face twice a day, applying antioxidant serums containing vitamin C, use of sunscreen (minimum SPF 30), thoroughly removing all the dirt and grime before you go to head to bed and finally moisturising before you go to sleep.

However, to get instant results, there are effective treatments that can be done under an expert’s guidance: Microdermabrasion: It eliminates dead skin cells through physical exfoliation Chemical peel: It is a process done to chemically exfoliate your skin Intense Pulse Light Therapy: It brings immediate glow on your face by stimulating circulation and generating collagen beneath your skin Microdroplet Delivery of Botulinum Toxin: It is a wonderful treatment for significant reduction of open pores and fine wrinkles

So, let today be a start of something new. Invest some time in your skin.
